HOW IT ALL STARTED
Spice & Sip was founded by two godsisters, Briana and Ki-Ani, with a shared love for travel, food, and meaningful experiences.
After spending time in Grenada following the passing of Ki-Ani’s grandmother, the two found themselves exploring the island more deeply — a place that Ki-Ani’s mother and grandmother once called home.
During that time, they connected with Grenada’s rich spice heritage, vibrant culture, and warm, welcoming community.
It was in those moments that the vision for Spice & Sip was born — a space where people could come together to dine, sip, create, and connect.
For Briana, the connection came naturally. Growing up in New York, she was immersed in Caribbean culture through Labor Day on Eastern Parkway, the music, and the diverse flavors of Caribbean cuisine.
That foundation made it easy for her to fall in love with Grenada and everything it represents.
Together, they envisioned something new and vibrant for an island they both came to love.
Spice & Sip was built from that vision — a space designed to feel warm, immersive, and unforgettable.
